A Neighbor First
Tualatin is home for Beth Dittman. It is where she and her family have built their lives, formed lasting friendships, and chosen to invest in the community around them.
Beth moved to Oregon for school and opportunity, eventually putting down roots in Tualatin. Like many families here, she and her partner balance busy schedules, school activities, work, and community involvement while trying to make time for the people and places that matter most.
Beth is a mom, a small business owner, and someone who believes in showing up for her neighbors. She believes strong communities are built by people who care about the place they live and the people they share it with.
Beth is running for City Council because she believes thoughtful leadership and community trust matter.
Tualatin is at an important moment as the city works on its urban growth renewal projects, continues investing in parks and natural spaces, plans for responsible growth, and strengthens the neighborhoods that make this community special.
Beth’s experience working with residents, volunteers, and city leaders gives her the skills to help guide that work thoughtfully and collaboratively.
If elected, Beth will lead with a focus on Tualatin’s future:
A welcoming, inclusive community
Smart, safe transportation
Thriving local economy
Connected neighborhoods & civic engagement
Meeting housing needs
Parks, Trails & Community Spaces
Beth believes the best decisions come from listening to the community and working together to shape the future of the place we call home. And she believes in rolling up her sleeves and doing the work to make it happen.
